Assurance Supervisor for Review & Compilation work at RSM in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Execute core Supervisor role functions and support team objectives.
• Maintain quality standards while contributing to client service delivery.
• Lead portions of audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review workpapers and manage workflow across multiple engagements.
• Oversee substantive testing, analytical procedures, and control testing, including documentation and evaluation of results.
• Manage client communication and expectations, escalating issues and supporting resolution.
• Lead and develop staff through coaching and performance feedback.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years relevant experience if CA qualified + additional 4 years relevant experience; or ACCA/CPA qualified + 5 years relevant experience (as stated).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and audit software tools.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, or other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (in person, by telephone, and via electronic/written means).
• Effective project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and at client sites as required, including extended hours during peak periods.
