Overview

Automation Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and supporting RPA and desktop automations of moderate complexity.

What you'll do

• Test, create, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations.
• Design, script, test, implement, maintain, and modify moderate-complexity automations.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and define automation data needs.
• Coordinate automation test data across systems and execute performance tests.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff.
• Write documentation covering automation capabilities and operating procedures.
• Estimate timelines and project tasks, and analyze cost and time.
• Assess organizational needs and participate in feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of experience.
• Knowledge of data and process modeling, and system/application testing.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and application design/architecture.
• Programming and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of change controls and robotics suites.
• Knowledge of Java, VBA, or other configuration/scripting technology.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration.
• Analytical and application development/programming skills.
• Communication skills (verbal and written).
