Overview

Automation Engineer responsible for testing, creating, implementing, and supporting robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity.

What you'll do

• Design, script, test, implement, maintain, and modify automations.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Define automation data needs across systems and coordinate test data plans.
• Conduct performance testing to validate expected automation performance levels.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff.
• Write documentation for automation capabilities and operating procedures.
• Estimate timelines and project tasks; analyze and estimate cost and time.
• Assess organizational needs and participate in feasibility evaluations for new automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten years of experience.
• Knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, and SDLC.
• Knowledge of application design and architecture and programming.
• Knowledge of Java and VBA, or other configuration/scripting technology.
• Experience with change controls and robotics suites.
• Problem-solving, project management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
