Automation Engineer - Influencers

Overview

Automation Engineer to build and run the systems behind an influencer and creator marketing program at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain end-to-end automations and workflow integrations for the program.
• Build automations to discover creators by querying social platforms and databases.
• Sync new influencer profiles and contact details into the team database.
• Automate onboarding, contract generation (including e-signature routing), and content reminders.
• Track content activity via social APIs and aggregate performance metrics into dashboards.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports, compute ROI metrics, and route invoices/payments-related updates.
• Own reliability with monitoring, error handling, secrets management, and audit trails.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience building automations using no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work.
• Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong reliability focus, including error handling and clean data practices.
• Comfort with secrets management, authentication, and basic security/audit practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders.
