AWS Platform Engineer (Redshift + ML ops+CI/CD) - Manager

Overview

Lead AWS-based cloud data platform initiatives and manage client delivery workstreams across data engineering, platform modernization and analytics enablement within PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

What you'll do

• Lead AWS-based data platform initiatives across Redshift, Databricks and Snowflake environments
• Manage client delivery workstreams for data engineering, platform modernization and analytics enablement
• Guide teams in building, testing and deploying data pipelines, ETL processes and transformation logic
• Develop CI/CD workflows for infrastructure, application and data release automation
• Design scalable cloud data architectures that support performance, security and integration needs
• Oversee ML Ops activities that support model deployment, monitoring and operational readiness
• Apply data modeling, warehouse design and query tuning methods to improve platform performance
• Review technical deliverables, resolve delivery issues and advance team skills through coaching
• Identify modernization opportunities across data infrastructure, migration and platform optimization efforts

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating AWS platform engineering across data modernization initiatives
• Building Redshift, ML ops and CI/CD delivery pipelines
• Leading cloud data teams through planning and execution
• Applying data architecture, data modeling and performance tuning
• Mentoring engineers and reviewing deliverables across workstreams
