AWS Solution Architect

Overview

Design and deliver AWS and Amazon Connect contact center solutions for customers. Lead enterprise-level projects, guide technical teams, and connect business requirements with cloud architecture and implementation.

What you'll do

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits for AWS Connect and CCaaS adoption.
• Facilitate business process reviews and translate requirements into contact center designs.
• Lead customer discovery, ROI development, presentations, and delivery estimates.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams delivering Salesforce and AWS Cloud solutions.
• Lead architecture, strategy, communication, training, and documentation for customer projects.

What you'll need

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, APIs, and hands-on scripting or coding.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, and call center routing.
• Advanced AWS services and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate or Professional, or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Knowledge of Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, outbound dialers, or campaign management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Details

• Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
• Travel may be required up to 25%.
