Overview

Senior Manager at PwC Acceleration Center India responsible for designing and delivering cloud and data modernization initiatives as an Azure/AWS Architect/Delivery Lead in the Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures on Azure and AWS.
• Oversee data engineering projects for improved data integration and transformation.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow and DAGs.
• Guide deployment and management of data warehouses (Snowflake and Azure Data Factory).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Implement database security best practices and performance tuning for MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Coach and mentor teams in continuous learning and improvement in data engineering.

What you'll need

• At least 14 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud computing, including big data technologies.
• Experience with data architecture/processing concepts across relational databases, data warehousing, big data, NoSQL, and business analytics.
• Rich experience with Azure ADLS, Data Bricks, Data Flows, HDInsight, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Hands-on experience implementing Big Data solutions using Microsoft Data Platform and Azure Data Services.
