Azure Data Engineer - Java

Overview

Azure Data Engineer (Java) to design, build, and maintain scalable Azure cloud data solutions and pipelines.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT frameworks for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Develop reusable components and services using Java or C#/.NET.
• Work with Azure services including Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Synapse Analytics, and Key Vault.
• Implement data integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met.

What you'll need

• Hands-on expertise in Azure data services and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (Spark/PySpark).
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong programming experience in Java or C#/.NET and OOP concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• SQL and data modeling experience.
• DevOps and cloud experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker.
