Overview

Azure+Databricks+Snowflake Engineering Manager to lead data modernization and engineering solutions within a Data and Analytics Engineering group.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Manage data integration and transformation for client data modernization initiatives.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for data quality and accessibility.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of data infrastructure to support scalability and performance.
• Implement data security best practices and validate data integrity across platforms.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Experience using Snowflake Data Warehouse for advanced data solutions.
• Experience managing data engineering projects with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead database optimization and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one field of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics.
