Azure+Databricks+Snowflake Engineering - Manager

Overview

Manage data engineering teams and client engagements focused on data modernization using Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake. Lead solution delivery, technical quality, team development, and database performance improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead scalable data engineering solution design and implementation.
• Manage data integration and transformation processes.
• Oversee data pipeline and workflow development and optimization.
• Guide data architecture and database management activities.
• Orchestrate complex workflows using Apache Airflow and DAGs.
• Implement data quality and validation measures.
• Coach junior staff and promote modern data engineering practices.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Experience using Snowflake Data Warehouse for data solutions.
• Experience managing data engineering projects with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in database optimization and performance tuning.

Nice to have

• Study in Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics.
