Overview

Developing Business Analytics Analyst role focused on monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data to support business decisions within the team.

What you'll do

• Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights for business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
• Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
• Translate data into consumer/customer behavioral insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
• Work with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.

What you'll need

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members.
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
