Banking Operations Analyst

Overview

Banking Operations Analyst supporting Loan and Covenant setup in Commercial Banking Operations, acting as subject matter expert for the Loan & Covenant Setup and Covenant QC team.

What you'll do

• Provide subject matter expertise support for Loan and Covenant setup.
• Validate and perform quality assurance on work performed by junior analysts.
• Perform Covenant QC process, validating covenant details against the loan documents.
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.
• Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed on agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA.
• Win the confidence of the client through regular and proactive interaction.

What you'll need

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or M.COM in Finance and Accounting.
• 3+ years of CRE/Commercial loan experience.
• Thorough understanding of key loan terms and different covenant types.
• Good communication skills.
• Good team player who is dynamic, result-oriented, with strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience/exposure in US commercial real estate or commercial banking.
• Experience working on the nCino platform.
