Banking Operations Associate

Overview

Banking Operations Associate focused on commercial banking operations, specifically collections processing within corporate/wholesale banking.

What you'll do

• Manage OTC collection disputes including aged debt reporting, dunning, and bad debt provisioning.
• Process collections activities and record them consistently as per client process/tool.
• Handle cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances.
• Prepare refund packages accurately and supply them to clients.
• Support delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations (restricted countries).

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Collections Processing.
• MBA qualification.
• CS Inter qualification.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work interactions limited to own team and direct supervisor.
