Banking Operations Associate

Overview

Banking Operations Associate focused on commercial/corporate banking operations, specifically collections processing and related reconciliation and dispute handling.

What you'll do

• Manage OTC collection disputes including aged debt reporting, dunning, and bad debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances.
• Prepare refund packages and ensure accurate supply to clients.
• Record collections activities consistently as per client process/tool and meet process requirements for KPI targets.
• Support trade customers by helping process trade finance transactions while safeguarding the bank from associated risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations (restricted countries).
• Handle routine problems using precedent and general guidelines with interactions within the team and direct supervisor.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Collections Processing.
• Education: Master of Business Administration.
• Education: CS Inter.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined scope of work.
• Preparedness for decisions that impact your own work.
• Ability to follow detailed to moderate level instruction on daily tasks and new assignments.
