Overview

Entry-level Banking Operations Associate role in Core Banking Operations (including Payments) within Retail Banking Account Operations, working as an individual contributor on a team with a narrow scope of work.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honor the request as per regulation E.
