Overview

Banking Operations New Associate in Core Banking Operations (incl. Payments) and Retail Banking Account Operations, handling routine tasks under detailed instructions.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honor requests as per Regulation E.
• Work within your own team and with your direct supervisor, with decisions closely supervised.
