Entry-level Banking Operations Associate in Core Banking Operations (including Payments) within Retail Banking Account Operations. The role solves routine problems through precedent and general guidelines, working as an individual contributor on a narrow scope of work under close supervision.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work within your own team and with your direct supervisor as the primary interaction.
• Follow detailed instructions on all tasks, with decisions closely supervised.
• Review card chargeback dispute claims to determine their authenticity and honor the request as per Regulation E.
