Banking Operations New Associate

Overview

Entry-level Banking Operations associate supporting core banking operations, including payments, within retail banking account operations.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Review card dispute claims to determine the authenticity of the chargeback claim and honor the request as per Regulation E.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
