Bench/ Resource/ Workforce Management

Overview

Capco is seeking a Workforce Management, Resource Management or Bench Management professional based in Bangalore to optimize resource planning, deployment and utilization across the organization.

What you'll do

• Deploy resources within and outside the cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time.
• Assist resource and bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization, reducing project risks and billing loss.
• Perform demand forecasting and resource fulfilment, bench management and resource connect, and talent planning and buffer management.
• Track billing, deployment and attrition trends, and create meaningful reports and insights for management teams.
• Maintain the employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and bench/new joiner induction.
• Understand current gaps to identify organizational re-skilling and up-skilling requirements.
• Create and log requirement status requests in the RMG tool for tracking, source profiles internally, and coordinate with the recruitment team for external sourcing.
• Hold weekly calls with Portfolio Leads on demand fulfilment.
• Provide the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs, validate demands and update demand criticality.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel (a must) and other MS tools to generate meaningful and timely reports.
• Ability to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
