Benefits Operations Administrator

Overview

Benefits Operations Administrator (BOA) responsible for processing client benefits plan activities and resolving participant issues while consistently meeting client SLAs and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Process client benefit plan activities with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute wealth delivery processes according to documented SOPs.
• Develop understanding of client plan provisions and related documentation.
• Resolve participant and processing issues within defined guidelines and escalate exceptions or risks.
• Ensure work is completed per client requirements and quality standards.
• Document completed work and provide daily updates in task management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Support quality checks, remediation, audits, and improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience in US pension/401k/payroll administration (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• US pension/401k/payroll processing skills.
• Strong process documentation and SOP creation skills.
• Accountability/ownership and analytical/critical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, pivot tables).
