BI Engineer

Overview

As a BI Engineer, you will develop, migrate, deploy, and maintain data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces that drive adoption and decision making, while integrating security and data privacy protection.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces that support organizational decision-making and promote user adoption.
• Migrate existing systems to new platforms and maintain these solutions to ensure continuous performance.
• Integrate robust security measures and data privacy protections to safeguard sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Continuously monitor and optimize deployed solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Document processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
• Perform independently and become an SME; actively participate in and contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in GCP - Vertex AI (must have).
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in GCP - Vertex AI.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and machine learning workflows within cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and privacy compliance in cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning for cloud AI services.
• 15 years full time education required.
