BI Engineering Analyst

Overview

BI Engineering Analyst role focused on designing, building, optimizing, and governing BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Accenture Operations clients.

What you'll do

• Design, build, optimize, and govern dashboards, executive scorecards, and self-service reports.
• Create data storytelling solutions, including report visuals.
• Support Power BI dashboard build activities including extraction, formatting, and testing.
• Assist with SQL-based data validation and Power Query transformations under guidance.
• Support dashboard refresh checks, defect fixes, and basic performance troubleshooting.
• Maintain report documentation, test evidence, and user feedback logs.

What you'll need

• Experience of 3 to 5 years.
• Any graduation qualification.
• English (International) - Intermediate.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience with reports, dashboards, visuals, DAX, and Power Query.
• Good SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and validating data for reporting outputs.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, KPI reporting, and dashboard usability.
• Experience/exposure to Tableau; Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks are strongly preferred.
