BIM Architect

Overview

The BIM Architect will develop and coordinate architectural BIM models and documentation for multiple projects while ensuring compliance with project standards, quality requirements and delivery timelines.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and construction documentation.
• Interpret architectural drawings, design information and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design/modeling clashes through effective BIM coordination.
• Prepare BIM documentation, sheets, schedules and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements and quality procedures.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and model audits.
• Support BIM deliverables across multiple projects and meet agreed project timelines.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of relevant BIM Architecture experience.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and architectural modeling.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, model setup and quality checks.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Navisworks experience.
