Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects that improve business outcomes, stabilize transitions, and strengthen delivery practices.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact projects independently to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma engagement initiatives and mentor Lean practitioners and Green Belts.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities for productivity gains.
• Design transition stabilization activities, including metrics, measurement systems, reporting, roadmaps, and risk assessments.
• Implement project-management standards and software-engineering practices for IT services.
• Mentor project teams on Agile and Scrum methodology.
• Audit processes against CMMI and ISO standards and improve adherence.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Knowledge of AI/ML operations.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics.
• Knowledge of data consulting and Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of machine-learning model management and risk management.
• Proficient English language skills at C2 level.
