Overview
Lead value stream process architecture validation and sign-off for critical end-to-end processes. Own process maturity assessments and consult on process design methodologies, ownership principles, and process library guidelines.
What you'll do
- Drive Level 2/3/4+ value stream process architecture validation and sign-off.
- Perform process maturity assessments for critical processes identified by functional GPOs.
- Consult with business leaders to optimize internal, client, and external processes and analyze audit/assessment results.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, develop recommendations, and track effectiveness of remedies.
- Analyze drivers and metrics vs historical performance, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for leadership decision support.
- Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, and resource allocation for process improvement initiatives.
- Manage supporting project teams to meet plans and adjust schedules/resources as needed based on analysis.
What you'll need
- Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, quality, lean six sigma, or related field.
- Recommended four-year/graduate degree in quality management, business administration, engineering, computer sciences, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of accounting, auditing, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with agile methodology, change management, and process improvement.
- Skills in SAP applications, lean manufacturing/lean six sigma, and six sigma methodology.
- Ability in business process/business requirements, business operations, finance, and KPIs.
