Senior Engineer Maintenance

Overview

Senior Engineer Maintenance responsible for planning and executing maintenance, leading troubleshooting and reliability efforts, and supervising maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Run daily maintenance tier meetings and monitor KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and maintenance cost.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and lead troubleshooting during breakdowns.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and failure analysis using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and define critical spares.
• Direct and mentor maintenance technicians and junior engineers.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial/process industries.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience handling maintenance planning and troubleshooting activities.
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, automation systems, and utility equipment.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Delta, ABB, Beckoff).
• Hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
