Bookings Consultant

Overview

Booking Consultant role at Greenstaff Medical (ICG Medical) to grow client relationships and revenue in the region, and book daily nursing shifts while supporting the mission of improving patient care.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Service calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need.
• Perform daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients, to book day-to-day shifts for nurses.
• Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery.
• Book the target hours on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform sales activities such as hours booked and call numbers, and ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals.
• Use ICG Medical's processes and systems for effective sales management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Candidate must be a graduate.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of international voice process, international customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
