Branch Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across our on-site branch (Full-time, OnSite). In this role, you will oversee branch operations, manage workflows and service delivery, and ensure targets are met through effective coordination and leadership. You’ll also play a key part in managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership position where your ability to balance priorities, reduce operational risk, and deliver consistent results will directly impact the branch’s success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own branch operation activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily plans, service standards, and operational workflows.
• Apply Process Management to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across teams and functions.
• Lead Project Management & Coordination efforts for branch initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes are delivered.
• Provide Leadership & Administrative Skill by supervising team performance, coaching staff, and maintaining clear administrative controls.
• Ensure Compliance Management by implementing policies, monitoring adherence to procedures, and supporting audits and documentation.
• Proven experience in Process Management and operational improvement.
• Strong background in Branch Operation with the ability to manage day-to-day execution.
• Demonstrated strength in Project Management & Coordination, including planning, tracking, and follow-through.
• Effective Leadership & Administrative Skill, including team supervision and structured reporting.
• Working knowledge of Compliance Management processes and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to perform Risk Mitigation through structured problem-solving and preventive controls.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
