Overview

Brokerage Admin Assistant III supports customs clearance for imported shipments by preparing and submitting customs entries and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and submit customs entries for import shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import laws, and trade requirements.
• Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and determine duties and taxes.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other import documentation for accuracy.
• Deliver on expected productivity and quality.
• Provide support for overtime and staffing on bank holidays.

What you'll need

• Experience in UK Brokerage is preferred.
• Knowledge of import brokerage processes and customs regulations.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in brokerage and Microsoft Office applications.

Details

• Work involves rotational shifts (24/7) and five working days including Saturday and Sunday, with 2 days week-off.
