Territory Manager - Channel Sales

Overview

Territory Manager (Channel Sales) responsible for managing sales of Ashirvad’s products in a defined geographic area and driving profitable revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately.
• Collaborate with AGM/RGM to develop sales strategies to improve market share across product lines.
• Monitor area sales, analyze variances, and implement area-specific action plans.
• Manage major accounts, including negotiating sales prices and discounts with AGM/RGM.
• Drive and monitor distributor performance on sales, on-time delivery, and query resolution.
• Support deal closure by tracking and recording account activity against targets.
• Plan and execute channel development and trade promotional/branding initiatives in the territory.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build relationships, and strong influencing and negotiation ability.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
