Territory Sales Manager

Overview

Territory Sales Manager to manage and develop Red Bull business in a defined distributor area.

What you'll do

• Manage financial and trade sales targets for all assigned distributors, towns, and geography.
• Build relationships with distributors to support long-term execution of sales fundamentals.
• Implement and align distribution, prices, placements, POSM, promotions, and measure impact to maximize growth.
• Manage distributor claims and inventory, and maintain warehouse hygiene per norms.
• Recruit, train, and develop frontline field force (3rd party and distributor).
• Plan and execute marketing-aligned activations and ensure outlets are serviced and merchandised monthly.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Should have handled distributors and frontline field force.
• Experience in General Trade (GT).
• Good communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• Analytical ability and logical thinking.
• Basic leadership quality.
