Sales Manager

Overview

Sales Manager for Castrol’s Branded Workshop & Aggregator channel in the Castrol organization for setting up and growing a premium car workshop network and managing offer deployment and customer acquisition.

What you’ll do

• Set up and grow the branded CAS workshop network in assigned territory through acquisitions.
• Manage and nurture the channel and ensure timely implementation of offer elements for customer experience.
• Develop workshop customer acquisition plans, build a lead pipeline, and run prospecting and conversions.
• Execute quality offer deployment (SOP training, audits, branding, activations) and lead pilots/initiatives.
• Achieve month-wise secondary sales objectives and support customer retention and share-of-wallet growth.
• Lead and develop Business Development Managers (BDMs) and on-ground sales team capabilities.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years sales & marketing experience in B2B space.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Technology (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical), with major in sales & marketing preferred.
• Sound commercial knowledge on contracts and experience negotiating long-term contracts.
• Excellent selling skills, including value selling and knowledge of auto technology/automotive aftermarket.
• Ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Travel requirement: up to 75% travel should be expected.
