Deputy Sales Manager

Overview

Deputy Sales Manager responsible for driving sales objectives for assigned products across an assigned territory, including lead pursuit, customer/distributor development, deal closure, and market intelligence.

What you'll do

• Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives for assigned products.
• Develop and penetrate target markets in the assigned region.
• Identify and attract new customers, including distributors, and pursue new applications.
• Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel to support sales operations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and continuously update customer and competitor data.
• Exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices, and for self and others.

What you'll need

• BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Chemicals.
• Good knowledge about all products as stated (including Flooring).
• Ability to identify potential customers and provide updated market intelligence to supervisor/team.
