Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Inside Sales Representative role focused on qualifying and closing sales using predefined targets and messaging, while managing the full sales cycle and supporting customer onboarding and expansion.

What you'll do

• Qualify potential opportunities and originate new opportunities using a predefined target list.
• Advance qualified opportunities through the sales cycle to capture and close deals.
• Manage end-to-end selling activities including prospecting, follow-ups, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Assist customers with onboarding, adopting, and expanding usage of products.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue performance, forecasts, and customer engagement in CRM with regular reporting.
• Support market opportunity identification by staying updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
• Proficiency in institutional sales, educational outreach, school partnerships, or sales of education-related solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key education stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the assigned region.
