Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Inside Sales Representative role focused on qualifying and closing opportunities using a predefined target list and standardized messaging strategy. The post also includes responsibilities around institutional partnerships and education outreach.

What you'll do

• Use a predefined list of client/potential client decision makers and standardized messaging to qualify opportunities.
• Originate, qualify, capture, and close new opportunities and advance prospects through the sales cycle.
• Assist customers with onboarding, adopting, and expanding product usage.
• Plan and execute field outreach activities such as school visits, events, seminars, workshops, and education fairs.
• Drive new business development by identifying and acquiring K12 schools and other education partners in an assigned territory.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, follow-ups, demonstrations, proposal discussions, negotiations, closures, and account management.
• Track pipeline, revenue performance, forecasts, and customer engagement via CRM and regular reporting.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Must have B2B/B2C sales.
• Proficiency in institutional sales/educational outreach/school partnerships or sales of education/ed-skill-training/EdTech solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as Principals, School Heads, Trustees, and academic leaders.
• Strong proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the assigned region.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
