Territory Sales Manager

Overview

Territory Sales Manager to manage and develop Red Bull business in a defined geographical Distributor area by building distribution and in-store marketing impact.

What you'll do

• Meet financial and trade sales targets for distributors, towns, and assigned geography.
• Implement and align sales fundamentals (distribution, prices, placements, POSM, promotions) to drive growth.
• Manage distributor claims and inventory, including distributor warehouse hygiene and automation/reporting.
• Recruit, train, and develop frontline field force (3rd party and distributor) in the territory.
• Develop, propose, execute, and review incentivization programs for key deliverables.
• Plan and execute marketing-aligned activations and ensure outlet servicing and merchandising each month.

What you'll need

• FMCG sales experience of 2-5 years.
• Must have handled distributors and frontline field force.
• Experience in General Trade (GT).
• Experience in the territory (as stated in the description).
• Basic leadership quality.
• Good communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• Analytical ability and logical thinking.
