Sales Executive - AFH - Mumbai 3

Overview

Sales Executive role focused on managing field sales performance, distributor and Away From Home (Institution & HORECA) channels, and meeting annual sales objectives for Mondelez.

What you'll do

• Drive volume and value sales of products across categories, geographies, and retail environments.
• Ensure distribution and visibility across RLA and HORECA, and open new outlets.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities and manage point-of-buying material placement.
• Report on field activities and maintain commercial hygiene (collections and claim submission) and ROI tracking.
• Align and drive the RD system toward targeted goals and upload RD outputs on Meranet.
• Manage and train Re-Distributor Salesmen, merchandisers, and TSIs and work with Purple Force.
• Provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and support product launches.

What you'll need

• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical skills (including ROI calculation).
• FMCG sales experience mandatory in the Away from Home channel (Institution & HORECA) and handling distributors.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• Experience in team management.
