Territory Sales Officer

Overview

Territory Sales Officer focused on achieving sales targets through personal selling, distributor management, and market/trade relationships in a defined geography.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales targets through visiting the market and driving the distribution system.
• Manage the distributor system across front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance.
• Negotiate with distributors and develop people to manage customers for more business.
• Generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office.
• Monitor distributor performance and the distributor’s sales team and take corrective action for infrastructure gaps.

What you'll need

• Minimum full-time graduation.
• At least 2 years of experience in channel sales.
• Ability in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
• Knowledge of RS appointment and sales planning.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Decent communication in English and local language (desired).
