Territory Sales Officer, Kolkata

Overview

Territory Sales Officer for Bakery & Foodservice, promoting concept selling through premixes to bakeries and other outlets in the Kolkata area.

What you'll do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for the territory.
• Call on nominated customers with frequency and duration aligned to a cost-effective journey plan.
• Prepare monthly customer plans to achieve volume targets by product group.
• Extend B&FS product distribution and usage in potential customers to increase volume sales.
• Ensure receivables follow the company’s credit policy.
• Maintain territory admin systems including customer record cards and daily call reports.
• Implement demonstrations/exhibitions and ensure promotions are fully leveraged.

What you'll need

• 1 to 2 years of experience in selling.
• Graduate qualification, preferably with hotel management.
• Knowledge of the Food/catering/baking industry and the territory to be covered.
• Knowledge of the local language.
• Competencies including action/results orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
