Overview

Sr. Territory Manager, Eyecare responsible for delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial and marketing targets across a territory.

What you'll do

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Create precall plans with SMART objectives and conduct postcall evaluations.
• Handle objections and close sales calls with logical, reasonable calls to action.
• Build trusted customer relationships and drive win-win agreements.
• Develop call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency.
• Share territory and competitor market intelligence with infield team, brand team, and sales manager.
• Develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or an equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in selling.
• Solid presentation skills.
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools.
• Ability to adapt selling approach to customer behavior.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
