Sr. Territory Manager, Eyecare

Overview

Sr. Territory Manager, Eyecare is responsible for delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial and marketing objectives within the territory.

What you'll do

• Deliver sales performance and meet or exceed brand KPI, financial target, and marketing objectives.
• Create precall plans with SMART objectives and perform postcall evaluations to improve sales performance.
• Handle objections and consistently drive sales calls to logical, action-oriented closes.
• Execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency.
• Build and share customer, market, competitor, and disease/product intelligence with internal stakeholders.
• Differentiate the value proposition with assigned health providers and develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge recognized by stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.
• Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proactive identification of customer style/behavior and quick adaptation of selling approach.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
