Brownfield Project Engineer

Overview

Manage Brownfield projects for refinery and LNG assets from opportunity shaping and concept development through detailed design. Support project delivery across engineering, construction, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Support small projects through concept development, FEED, and detailed design.
• Lead Key Decision Sheets and Decision Support Packages.
• Develop vendor assurance and cost and schedule estimates.
• Coordinate engineering and construction work packages.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project delivery phases.
• Manage project costs, schedules, risks, interfaces, and stakeholder requirements.
• Support Management of Change and commissioning requirements.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of project management experience in a Brownfield environment.
• Working knowledge of project management and budgeting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, chemical, process, instrumentation, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Experience executing Brownfield projects in complex facilities.
• Ability to implement innovative solutions to challenging situations.

Nice to have

• Brownfield execution experience in complex LNG facilities or refineries.
• Experience executing Brownfield projects in complex LNG facilities and refineries.
• Project Management Institute accreditation.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Standard working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 1:30 PM–10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Work hours may change based on operational or business requirements.
