Business Advisory Associate

Overview

Business Advisory Associate aligned with Finance Operations, focused on lease financial reporting and lease management activities.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.
• Support end-to-end lease services to enable IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance in financial reporting for leases.
• Oversee the full lease agreement process, including coordinating creation of new leases.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for lease agreements.
• Track, audit, and oversee administration of lease documents.
• Monitor business and financial transactions related to lease properties.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• BCom qualification.
• Primary skill in Lease Management.
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Decisions should impact your own work; an individual contributor within a team.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
