Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analyst role in the Life Sciences R&D domain, analyzing an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology, and defining current and future state business solutions.

What you'll do

• Assess current state processes and systems and identify customer requirements.
• Define future state and/or business solutions.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and deliverables.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.
• Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.
• Proficiency in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
• Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Proficiency in the Life Sciences Industry.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
• Experience in mapping current state processes and defining future state solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• 15 years full time education.
