Business Analyst-Reg Reporting, Associate, Portfolio & Change Management

Overview

Business Analyst (Associate) supporting regulatory reporting requirements for US/EMEA within the Finance centralized management projects team.

What you'll do

• Perform business analysis for US/EMEA reporting requirements for regulatory/capital needs.
• Liaise with clients and IT colleagues to identify new requirements.
• Create user stories and track prioritization and remediation.
• Contribute to project workstreams for regulatory reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide updates to clients and senior management.
• Communicate and escalate to line management as appropriate while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of banking business and related products.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data modelling and investigation to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to understand and evaluate processes and key controls.
• Experience implementing change effectively to improve processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and tools such as Excel and Visio.
