What you'll do

• Facilitate collaborative work to accelerate stakeholder alignment and decisions.
• Apply human-centered systems thinking and design thinking to address challenges.
• Use process facilitation and collaborative methodologies to drive impactful outcomes.
• Support business leaders in solving complex problems and capturing opportunities.
• Gather information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns.

What you'll need

• Have an MBA/PGDM from a premier B-school.
• Have at least 2-5 years of experience.
• Demonstrate oral and written proficiency in English.
