Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role focused on identifying opportunities to deliver business value, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions, and supporting transformation through business cases and implementation guidance.

What you'll do

• Assess the current business state and capture high-level requirements.
• Define business solutions and technology-enabled operating models.
• Develop business cases and guide implementation of key initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Identify process enhancements and recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems across teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.
