Overview

As a Business Architect, identify opportunities that deliver measurable business value by assessing the current organizational state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while supporting transformation through business cases and implementation guidance.

What you'll do

• Capture high-level requirements from various stakeholders.
• Define comprehensive business solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Design effective operating models.
• Develop detailed business cases.
• Provide guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to align goals and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
• Support junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Business Suite Testing.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead teams through change initiatives.
• Skill in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
