Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role identifying opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions and operating models, with a focus on SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM).

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state and capturing high-level requirements.
• Define business solutions and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Develop business cases and guide implementation of key transformation initiatives.
• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions; provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and document business cases and solution designs.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
