Business Development Associate

Overview

Business Development Associate supporting the Corporate Sales team by identifying prospects, initiating sales engagements, qualifying inbound opportunities, and following up with marketing-qualified leads.

What you'll do

• Identify prospective opportunities among Brands and Retailers.
• Initiate outbound sales engagements through cold calling, cold emailing, direct mail, and other methods.
• Qualify inbound sales leads and opportunities.
• Follow up with marketing-qualified opportunities.
• Map organizational structures to identify prospective users.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve opportunity conversion.
• Use sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Asana.

What you'll need

• Experience as an SDR in an internship or full-time role.
• Strong desire to work in sales.
• Interest in understanding the needs of Brands and Retailers.
• Creative approach to engaging prospects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and willingness to learn.

Details

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Initial training is preferred within commuting distance of NYC.
• Annual compensation is up to $92,500, comprising a $70,000 base and $22,500 variable component.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
